Cancellation & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we also need to be fair and transparent about the costs involved when an order is cancelled.

Cancelling Before or After Delivery

If you wish to cancel your order, you must let us know:

  • Before dispatch: as soon as possible after placing your order. Please note that if we have already begun preparing your order, we may deduct any reasonable costs we have incurred (such as non-refundable credit/debit card fees, packaging costs, or courier booking charges) from your refund.

  • After delivery: within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Once we have acknowledged your cancellation, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

In all cases, any deductions will only reflect the exact costs incurred and will be itemised on your refund confirmation.


Returning Goods

Goods must be returned to us:

  • In the same condition you received them

  • In the original packaging (including any branded box, which must not be written on)

  • Using a reputable courier with insured postage and tracking

Please note: Due to high breakage rates, we cannot accept returns sent via Evri/Hermes.

Initially, please contact us to confirm you wish to return your item. We will then provide the correct return address. If the return address is not confirmed with us first, we cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to the wrong location.

The cost of returning goods is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. All breakages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery by phone or email.


Unsuitable Returns

If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you without issuing a refund. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to collect it at your cost.


Refunds

Refunds (minus any applicable retained costs) will be processed within 14 working days of us receiving your returned goods in satisfactory condition.
