Delivery Information

At The Artists' Quarter, we take great care to ensure your chosen artwork arrives safely and in perfect condition.

We know how exciting it is to have a beautiful new piece of artwork on its way, and we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

How long will delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 7–10 working days.

Many items are available for quicker dispatch, while larger or specially prepared pieces may take up to 14 working days.

A small number of our more specialist, bespoke and exclusive artworks are individually prepared or made to order. These may occasionally take up to 21 working days, although we'll always aim to deliver sooner wherever possible.

Need your artwork for a special occasion?

If you're ordering for a birthday, anniversary, housewarming or another special date, please get in touch before placing your order. We'll happily check availability and do everything we reasonably can to help.

Delivery Charges

We aim to keep delivery simple and affordable.

  • Orders under £50: £6.95 standard delivery

  • Orders over £50: FREE standard delivery to most UK mainland addresses

  • Scottish Highlands and remote areas: £9.95 where applicable

  • Northern Ireland: £20

  • Local delivery: FREE where available

Some remote locations may attract additional courier charges.

Your available delivery options and the applicable charges will be calculated automatically using your postcode at checkout, so you'll know the cost before completing your purchase.

Larger and Specialist Deliveries

Some particularly large, heavy or unusually sized artworks may require specialist handling or a separate delivery quotation.

If this applies to your order, we'll make sure you're informed of any additional delivery arrangements or charges before proceeding.

A Little Extra Care

We work with trusted delivery partners and take care to package your artwork securely for its journey.

Our priority is simple: to get your artwork to you safely, beautifully presented and ready to enjoy.
