Very disappointed, frame came completely smashed and scraped the painting. Tried to contact customer services but no reply. Was meant to be a gift for Christmas

Really happy with this purchase, firstly quick acknowledgement of my order then even quicker delivery. The picture was really well packaged and arrived undamaged which isn't always the case from some other firms. I would have no qualms about purchasing something else from this company and you shouldn't either so overall its a 10/10 from me.
Lovely picture. Really great quality. The only problem was that Royal Mail tried to deliver it and I didn’t receive a notification email or anything. I thought the card they left was for something else so didn’t attempt to collect it for about a week. So picture fab - delivery a bit crap.
