Order originally came in a terrible state, completely bashed, however I presume this was the courier as obviously no retailer would send anything out which obviously needed destroyed. Contacted retailer with photos of the delivered picture. Immediately ordered a new one which was delivered in first-class condition. I love the picture, adds to my room and I keep looking at it as I love it so much. ❤️

The picture is very good and deserves 5 stars. However, I had to chase up the delivery as it did not arrive in the expected timescale. I also had to pay an extra £10 for delivery even though my postcode is not one of those listed as incurring extra fees.
Arrived as promised the next working day. Well packaged and so undamaged. Easy to hang and looks beautiful on the wall.

Ordered this canvas on the 15th Dec, was on the list as definitely being able to be delivered for xmas, unfortunately I had to contact artists quarter on the 23rd Dec, due to dpd not having the parcel, I was told it would be resent on Monday 29th by a different courier, as of today 2nd January still no parcel has been received. Sent another email on the 30th, but no reply this time. On the 2nd January at 15.11 got a notification that now only had the parcel started its journey, quite disappointed that it didn’t arrive for Xmas as promised, had to find an alternative gift. Disappointed
